In order-desk work, the classic trap is accepting “good enough” so the customer is not blocked. The AI employee reasons the opposite way: it separates blockers (item reference, quantity, ship-to, payment terms) from deferrable items (internal comment, non-critical annex).
If a blocker is missing, it does not open the order “to move forward”: it opens an incompleteness file with the exact missing fields/documents and the chase owner. The point is to avoid downstream rework (credit notes, re-ships, disputes) that cost more than a short upstream delay.
