A technician is a qualified professional who performs after-sales service interventions (repair, maintenance, diagnosis). Technicians must have the necessary skills and certifications to work on different types of products. Verisav manages a network of qualified technicians, intelligently assigns them to interventions based on their skills and location, and records their interventions in the DPP to ensure traceability and service quality. Technicians are essential stakeholders in after-sales service, as they are the ones who actually perform interventions on products. They must possess specific technical skills depending on the type of products they work on: electronics, household appliances, IT, telephony, etc. Technicians can be employees of a retailer or manufacturer, or be independent repairers. In all cases, they must have the necessary certifications, particularly to work on products under warranty, and comply with safety and quality procedures. Effective management of a technician network is complex: it requires taking into account their specific skills, availability, geographical location, workload, and performance (intervention time, success rate, customer satisfaction). Good technician assignment enables reduction of intervention times, improved service quality, and cost optimization. The DPP can store information on technicians who have worked on a product: identity, skills, certifications, date and type of intervention, results, etc. This traceability is important to guarantee service quality and enable performance analysis. Verisav optimizes technician assignment using intelligent algorithms that take into account skills, location, availability and workload, thus enabling assignment of the right technician to the right intervention at the right time, reducing delays and improving customer satisfaction.
