Even if you have lost the QR code, your machine's history is secured and stored in the Verisav database, linked to a unique identifier such as the serial number or another identifier specific to your device. To retrieve and ensure the exact history, log in to your Verisav account, search for your machine using its serial number or other identification information, then generate a new QR code associated with this identifier. This new QR code will give you access to the complete and authentic history of your machine. The correspondence between this new identifier and the history data ensures that the information displayed corresponds to your equipment, securely.

A product's DPP contains all the essential data for its traceability, maintenance and compliance. You will find: the unique identification number (GTIN, serial number or UDI), manufacturer information (name, address, contacts), date and place of manufacture, material composition and list of components, instructions for use and maintenance, history of repairs and ASS interventions, certifications (CE standards, ISO, ecolabels) and declarations of conformity, sustainability data (carbon footprint, recyclability, recycled material rate), end-of-life instructions (recycling method, collection points), distribution log (dates and points of sale / marketing).
